Setting Up Your Outlook Online HTML Signature (Ulnooweg)

STEP 1

Select the entire signature layout and copy to your clipboard for later use.

• On this page, find the signature that corresponds to your department
• Click-drag to highlight from the bottom right of your signature text to the top left of the department logo image (selected items will appear highlighted)
• Click Edit > Copy in the browser menu

STEP 2

Log into your Online Outlook mail server’s signature settings.

• In your browser, go to https://outlook.office.com/mail/options/mail/messageContent
• Use your email and password to log in

STEP 3

Paste the Signature into Outlook Online.

• Click inside the Signature text area
• Click Edit >Paste in the browser menu (you should see your signature appear with images)

STEP 4

Edit/personalize the Signature.

• Click inside the Signature text area
• Select each element in the signature and edit the info as needed

STEP 5

Name your signature.

• Click in the Edit Signature Name field
• Give your signature a unique name
• Click Save located near the bottom right of this window

STEP 6

Make your new signature default.

• In the Select Default Signatures section, choose your new signature in both the For New Messages and For Replies/Forwards drop-downs
• Click Save located near the bottom right of this window

STEP 7

Confirm your new signature change.

• Send a confirmation email to your manager and cc Vanessa Lilly at vlilly@ulnooweg.ca with the subject line “Email Signature Test” for approval.
